After months of ping-ponging book title ideas back and forth with his editor, Seth was struck with inspiration one late night. He ran to his laptop and sent an email, confident that he'd come up with a good one just in time for it to go to print. Unfortunately, his editor wasn't entirely tech savvy, and didn't bother to open the email whose subject line read, "This might work" before replying, "Got your email, we'll use the title." Seth was a little dismayed when he opened the box containing the first edition of his book, but at that point it was too late to correct the jacket of 10,000 copies, and he had to learn to live with it.Report Photo | Email to a friend
